According to David Madden in an interview with Jacques, from Kingston Connexion, Nowhere was recorded and voiced at Randy's. David Madden then took the 4track to the Black Ark studio where reverb was added. Apparently Scratch wasn't involved in any of the mixing/editing. He allowed Madden to use the mixing board.
B. River Flow On

David Madden then took the 4track to the Black Ark studio where the reverb to the drums was added. Apparently Scratch didn't even touch the mixer and just let David Madden do his thing.
